Great Speakers - Low Price : Eagle Tech ET-AR504LR-BK 2.1 Soundstage Speakers with Subwoofer & Remote
Bought these speakers couple of months ago and I couldn't be happier. These are IMHO the best 2.1 speakers you can get for the money. I did a lot of research before I chose these. I was impressed by the specs. Most 2.1 computer speakers have ~10% THD (Total Harmonic Distortion); these are rated at < 1% THD. Many computer speaker systems have a compromised range for sound frequency (Ex. 40 Hz - 16kHz); these are rated @ a full 20 Hz - 20kHz. Many computer speakers have plastic housings; the Eagle Arions have wood enclosures for better resonance. They sound great. Mind you, they are not good enough to replace a high-end 5.1, 7.1 system but if want to fill up a room with really good sound these are the ones to choose.
Some things to keep in mind if you're thinking about buy a set of these:
* Because the satellite speakers have two 3-inch mids and a tweeter they are not small. So, if desktop space is at a premium they may not work.
* The satellite speakers also do not come with any speaker covers. So, if you have little kids with pokey fingers - be careful.
* Lastly - The connection cords are short. I like to keep my sub-woofer on the floor and the satellite speakers above my desktop, so the cords would not reach with this configuration. However, this was easily fixed with a quick trip to the local Home Depot because the speakers use standard RCA connectors
Overall, these are great speakers; you won't find a better set for the money - even double the purchase price!

WRONG ITEM SENT : Sabrent SBT-TVFM TV Tuner/Video Capture/FM Radio PCI Card with Remote Control
I ordered this item on the basis that it offer FM radio capability. This feature was clearly stated in the product description WITH NO MENTION OF IT BEING AN OPTION. The name of the item includes the phrase "FM Radio PCI Card"
When I got the item it did NOT have FM capability and the supporting documentation indicated that it is an option on certain models only.
This error was extremely upsetting to me since I am unable to return the item (because it was taken out of the USA).

Precision full spectrum sound, nice magnetic shielding, 75W of raw power - these speakers throws all things else into dust! : Eagle Tech ET-AR504LR-BK 2.1 Soundstage Speakers with Subwoofer & Remote
First let me preface my divulge with this: I am a recording engineer and a sound designer. My view of these speakers is not subjective. I have listened to surely hundreds of speakers, most of which are pro reference monitors that cost 50-100 times more than these. That being said:
1. These are not Reference Monitors.
2. These are not Home Theater Speakers. (They could be used as such, but aren't intended to be, In my humble opinion.)
These speaker are however plainly the best 2.1 Computer/Mp3/iPod/iPhone setup I have heard for the money. I challenge whatever to do best than these... Really.
Positives:
-Tight, balanced high, mid and low frequency replication: Not Bose boomy, Not Logitech mid scooped, not Harmon Kardon brittle.
-Fairly compact
-Loud: How loud? ...Loud enough, trust me.
-Clean and clear even at 80% volume.
-Remote control
-Treble and Bass cut/boost
Negatives:
-No Power button on remote
-Short speaker wires (3.5 feet)
-Lcd Display is very, very bright.
Consensus: Buy it.
